I want to echo the thanks to Mark and Mojo and all the others who've been making the jam happen. I'm looking forward to another venue, it's such a good night!

Has a new venue become available for the Ipswich jam? I've never been. (Actually, never been to Ipswich - truth be told... kinda new to SEQ.) But if there's a new venue happening I'd love to come down and support the local musos.
Or are there any other blues jam sessions in South Brisbane? |

Its really too bad that the Tuesday jams at the 320 are no more, they were certainly something i looked forward to every week. Thanks to everybody but especially Mark Mojo Tom and Steve. Heres hoping they will be reincarnated somewhere in town, sometime soon!

Hi folks. Sadly I'm going to have to close down this forum due to spamming. Spam accounts are made by computers, not people, and I've been fending off up to 50 spam accounts every week which is taking up a stupid amount of time. There is better forum software out there that is much more secure than SMF and I will be recommending it to BASEQ as an alternative to SMF.
I'd like to thank the members who have visited this forum regularly and especially those who have posted topics or participated in discussions. I'd also like to thank Steve Hall and Mike Freeman for their part in launching our original web site which has now been binned by the committee in favour of a new site on a new domain. You can reach the new site at http://www.baseqbrisbane.com/. I will be redirecting the old site to the new domain in the next few days. If there is any information that you wish to gather before the original site disappears please do so now. I will not be running the new site and I request no further emails or phone calls in relation to BASEQ-related issues or questions. Thanks again to all who have taken an interest in our online presence. Kind Regards Matt Dunn |

It has indeed gone off - off the air that is.......
It is no more at that venue - I believe a new venue is being sought. |

Its starting to get exciting...our big advertising campaign officially kicks off this week with a full page spread in the Rave Magazine, and thanks to the guys at the Groove for their attention.
We still have about 30 or so of the $27 no booking fee tix, PM if you want one. Of course you can still get the supercheap price on oztix.com.au although they have a booking fee. Also have a look at our site on Facebbok...'Juke Joint Productions' Paul |
